Okuridashi: Rear Push Out
Okuridashi (送り出し) occurs when a wrestler gets behind the opponent and pushes them out of the ring from the rear. This often happens when the opponent over-commits to a forward charge and the defender steps aside, ending up in a position to push from behind.
The technique requires ring awareness and timing. A wrestler who gets behind an opponent has a strong positional advantage because the opponent cannot easily brace or apply a forward grip while being driven from the rear.
Okuridashi is less common than frontal techniques but appears regularly in bouts where a defensive wrestler successfully redirects the momentum of an aggressive charger.
